Orpheum Theatre - Stomp
by NYTP Staff

Orpheum Theatre - Stomp is a well rehearsed performance show with little audience interaction and comedy. You can see the Stomp at 126 Second Ave.  It is a unique entertainment experience in New York. The young and energetic performers create music with noisy objects like hammers, buckets, garbage can lids and so on. Stomp is a show of abstract ideas, movement of bodies, sounds and objects, using everyday objects in non-traditional methods. You will be excited to see the entire symphony composed of matchbooks as instruments, dance routine based on sweeping by a group of extremely coordinated and rhythmically gifted personalities. The show is created by Steve McNicholas and Luke Cresswell. Marivaldo Dos Santos, Tomas Fujiwara and Brad Holland are the key performers. The entire show has a running time of 1 hour 45 minutes with an intermission of 15 minutes. You will be thrilled to watch the perfectly synchronized ballet with breathtaking skills.
