Savoy Restaurant
by NYTP Staff

There are times when people want a bit of exclusivity and peace. They need to spend some time in a place where they can get both quality foods along with a romantic atmosphere. Those who like such an atmosphere might try checking out the Savoy Restaurant that is a small and romantic restaurant located in a peaceful corner of SOHO. It occupies two floors of a building build in the 1930's.

Both on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, one will be overawed by the friendly dining rooms that have wood burning fireplaces. The atmosphere of the ground floor is more relaxed and it also has a bar shaped like a horseshoe along with some small tables. If you are in a romantic mood, you should check out the first floor where the atmosphere of the dining room is more intimate. One is offered a modern American menu with changes in the la carte selections.
