New York City
The city of New York is very well connected to the rest of the world. There are many large and small airports that serve the city. The two large airports of the city are John F. Kennedy International Airport and the Newark Liberty International Airport. One of the busiest small airports is the LaGuardia Airport. Some of the other airports in the region include Westchester County Airport, MacArthur Airport and the Stewart International Airport. Almost every major international airline has flights connecting the city to the major cities of the world.
The easiest way you can get into the city from the airport is the taxi. Alternatively you can also hire a car service to reach the city. There are the rental car options that are there at the airports. However parking is expensive in the city and is difficult to find. It is therefore recommended that tourists take taxis or mass transit to get into the city. There are also shuttle and coach services that are available from the airport to the city. Public transportation from the airports to the city is very good. New York Airport Service is the authorized bus service that operates from the airports in the city to different destinations in the city. Some of the bus service companies are: Port Authority Bus Terminal, Greyhound and Limoliner.
You can also take the Amtrak to reach the city. It runs from New York Penn Station and there are thousands of arrivals and departures everyday. The city is served by three commuter rails. These are Metro-North Rail Road, Long Island Rail Road and the New Jersey Transit.
