Queens
by NYTP Staff

As the name symbolizes, Queens is a very popular borough of the New York City. This can be truly named as a cultural destination of America with over fifteen different nationalities living in and around the Queens. It is here that you can find two of the three major airports in New York – John F. Kennedy and LaGuardia. Here you can also find the famous Queens Center which is said to be the most profitable per-square-foot mall in America. The other important places that are worth visiting in the Queens include the P.S. 1Contemporary Art Center, Noguchi Museum and the Socrates Sculpture Park. Also with so many excellent hotels available here, it may become almost impossible to decide which one you would like to stay in!

If you are a film buff, the Museum of Moving Art might interest you a lot, where one can learn a lot about the art, history and technology of movie making. The beautiful houses with well laid out lawns at the Bayside as well as other great residential sites like the Jackson Heights and the row houses of the Ridgewood are a delight for any on looker. Also lying just adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean, the waterways make this little borough a special place every night!
