New York is Expensive but this hotel is great for Greenwich Village

I spent a lovely day in Washington Square. The people at the front desk were helpful. The room was small but fine. Given the fact that all decent hotels are going to cost more here than in most other places i am very content with this hotel.

Cozy and convenient

The hotel was recommended because it was near my meetings. Good choice for other reasons ? near subway stops for at least two different lines, good restaurants (Bar Pitti) and pastry, dessert shop (Rocco's), UPS store, sundries and such. Room was quiet, cozy, well-appointed. Staff was wonderful. Elevator and halls were snug with large luggage.

Great Location

We loved the location and the proximity to subways. This hotel was a great find, and although a bit expensive for the size of the room, was clean and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Great hotel, very clean, small rooms

The hotel is very clean, staff was friendly, and place looks cool as renovated art deco. Terrific location for anything in Greenwich Village. Only drawback is that the rooms are VERY small. We stayed two nights but more than that might have made us a little claustrophobic.

Good For me!

This hotel was very clean and any problem we had was fixed in a timely manner!! The location was amazing! Everything was with in a walking distance away! Parking was near by also.

Rooms can be small but are very comfortable. Location is great to get anywhere in the city.
