Vnice room, GREAT staff, wonderful location, but we didnt get the bed size we wanted and didnt the description seem to say the rooms had jacuzzi's? 
The bar is Too Small
The bar is too small. In two days we weren't able to get a seat.
Outstanding
I liked this hotel so much. However I stayed an extra night and they charged me so much more. When I got home I saw a special at this hotel for half the price, So I was annoyed. It is a charming hotel.
Great Place to Stay
the hotel was clean, and the staff was more than helpful. The room was nice and even though we were right next to the elevators we did not hear a sound. The room was a bit small, but we did not spend much time there. The hotel is in a great location. The next time if am in NYC, I will stay at the Warwick again.
New Room Rugs
The Warwick is in a terrific location. The hotel staff is excellent - very friendly and helpful. The room is clean. However, the hotel needs to replace the rug in the room - shabby. The hotel also needs to come to terms with the elevator not working. I understand that the elevators are always under repair.

small cramped room, noisy a/c, 1/3 elevators not functioning during typical hot & humid ny summer made for a very miserable stay. i was drenched in sweat by the time i could get an elevator and ride to the lobby from the 27th floor. very disappointing after several satisfying stays
