The W in Times Square meet all of our expecations and more. The location was great, rooms were amazing, and the service was exceptional. They also have an awesome lounge at the hotel with great drinks.

Love the place. Have stayed here for years. I brought my fiance and we had the 36th floor sceduled for a Wonderful 2 day stay. The snow interfeared with our plans. The Hotel graciously worked with them. However, there were constrution scaffolds and tremendous lighting structures directly outside of our window

TThe room was large for New York - but it may have been due to the fact that super nice Annabel in the reception upgraded us when we checked in which was very nice. The experience was excellent - we checked in early, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom very stylish with a waterfall faucet I have yet to see at any other hotel. The Bliss shampoo, bath bar and conditioner was a very nice touch. The hotel of course has a funky feel where you take the elevator to the 7th floor to the "Living Room" to check in. The incense burning in the "Living Room" may be too much for some folks, but I thought it was great. The location is perfect in the middle of all the action at Times Square and we had a great room with a view.

Hotel staff was friendly and courteous, room was clean and the lounge was a nice place to relax before the show.
