"Great Hotel," needs it's own conceirge service to be outstanding.
The room was extremely spacious as New York hotel rooms go, and the cleaning or housekeeping staff did an excellent job of making up the room very quickly and discreetly each day. From the front desk to the Bellman, the service was quick and responsive, and everyone was upbeat and very kind and gracious with their assistance and interactions. We were very pleased, and would certainly recommend the Hotel to others. Thanks again to the staff at "The Tuscany."

This was not the first time I stayed at the Tuscany, and it won't be the last. Everything was exactly as I expected it... friendly, stylish, clean, comfortable.

Great location and lovely staff. First room we got was very very small and on top on elevator which made groaning noises. Changed rooms to a lovely large room. That was great but shower dripped (even after asking them to fix it), noise from staff vacuuming halls early in the AM and heat almost impossible to regulate. Place needs renovation and sound proofing. Staff was responsive and followed up on all but maintenance.

Would definitely return to this hotel. We spent four days at Christmastime here and found the staff friendly, efficient and helpful. The hotel is conveniently located in mid-town, so we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was well-appointed and kept very clean. We had a great view of the Chrysler Building from our room; very nice!

Good Hotel, Great location, off the main streets but within walking distance to Times Square, The Port Authority, Fifth Avenue, etc... Would only need to update the bathrooms...

Get a superior room if possible. We had a large room with a perfect view of the Empire State, which was lighted in bright blue at night during our stay. The staff and service is the best I've ever experienced. Why stay in a a snooty 5 star? The W is perfect.
