Watch it!

Very good hotel, only problem was that I was assigned to a smaller "comfort" room. When I called to either get a rate adjustment or a larger room, they reassigned us to the room for which I had paid for. Otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Completely Recommend the Stay

Great guest services; Metropolitan style decor; very clean and cozy. Yes, the rooms are not huge, but are a reasonable size for 2 max. Very well situated, right accross the Waldorf Astoria (very renowned hotel) and just two blocks from the subway station. If you need taxi service, attendant gets one for you in seconds. Hotel lobby has a wonderful bar, club/lounge and gourmet restaurant (a bit pricey, but hey you are in NYC). Excellent stay! Will definetly stay there again SOON!

Good Quality

The W is a great hotel. It is in a great location with a very hip atmosphere. The only draw back with me was the room was a little to small.

Trendy Hotel

The W Hotel was in an excellent location and had a very trendy feel to it. Although hotels tend to be pricey in nyc, especially around the holiday season, I felt the rooms were quite small for the money. However, they were decorated wonderfully. The entire staff was very pleasant and accomodating, and also quite knowledgeable with suggestions and directions.

Friendly Hotel

The warm and friendly staff are accommodating, and take the time to make sure all your questions are answered, without making you feel rushed. From the valet to the front desk and waiters, they all make you feel welcome. The room itself was very clean, fully stocked and very well appointed with only the highest quality furnishings and amenities.

Fantastic Suite

This room was modernly chic and made to impress. The flat screen tvs and sleek couches look the part. The bed is beyond comfortable and impressive. The bathroom was tiny, but clean and adequate. "W"ish is scattered throughout the hotel in a witty and classy way. The hotel will ask you "what is your Wish" and you simply as what you want and they respond in a vexing, sometimes impolite way, but always seem to follow through on your desire, however annoyed they seem. Still, not a bad place to stay.

Great Hotel for Price

Consistant with all my stays at W hotels. Beautiful rooms, a little on the small side, but the hotel is beautiful and the staff is helpful and friendly. Bliss products don't hurt either. ;)

The room was poorly lit.......NO bedside reading light - the bathroom was great and the bed very comfy.
