Never had we been to a hotel where the staff greets you by name after only a few hours. Spa is wonderful, staff is wonderful, room very comfortable-didn't want to leave! Great price with hotels.com!

The service at the hotal was superb. Also, the dining room was expensive but very good in all respects. It's across the street from Centrl Park. It's a few minutes to Lncoln Center. It ws quiet,and comfortable. As good as it gets for a Hotel in the middle of a big city.

The entire hotel staff from the doormen all the way to the housekeeping and in room dining is excellent. they are welcoming and friendly.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were pleasantly surprised at how seriously our comfort was taken. The location is spectacular overlooking the park and within a relatively short walk to the show we had come to see. The room was very comfortable and the service was great. The concierge was knowlegeable and helpful. The meal at Jean-Georges was memorable. The cost was high but in keeping with the other high end hotels near Central Park and was worth it. We will be staying there frequently in the future when we return to New York.

I stay at Trump International fairly frequently and they are wonderful -- with just one exception. At least half the time I can't get directly into my room even when checking in well after their posted check-in time. It's not that the room is not ready - they have some sort of communciations glitch between housekeeping and the front desk and there can be a 20 or 30 minute delay between the desk trying to contact housekeeping to be sure the room is ready and actually being told I can go up to the room. A hotel as good as this oue should be able to figure this out better!

The only issues I had was the freezer in my room was broke and it took some time to get it fixed and get ice. Also, next to our room an employee kept going in and out of the room which was annoying because the doors slammed shut. But the overall service was great, the people were friendly and very courteous, the location was great for the things I needed to accomplish. I defintely plan to stay in the future and recommend to friends.
