The petite room is indeed a small size (really for only one person), but for the price was a very nice room. The front desk staff was polite. The neighborhood and location seemed safe. If you are traveling alone and don't expect to spend extended periods of time in your room, I would recommend this hotel.

I couldn't believe my luck. This is a prime location--close to the 6 and lots of good restaurants. My room was clean and looked to be recently renovated. If their prices remain this reasonable, I will definitely stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only glitch was I had reserved a smoking single and they didn't "guarantee" a smoking room, so the day I was to check in I called and they didn't have one available. But, because I had called to confirm a few days prior (and have them note to hold a smoking room for me), they upgraded me to a double at no additional cost, so I was pleased with the customer service.

I got a room at the very end of the corridor and it was very quiet which was great since I can't sleep with any noise. The room was small but it had a nice bathroom and separate sink area in the room that was very clean and well kept up, and the location of the hotel was GREAT. The only drawback was that some guy was walking down the corridor trying to pick up women there, and he obviously wasn't a hotel guest.
