Top notch hotel, service was impecable, quality of room was far above standard. Staff made our trip very enjoyable and very easy with their knowledge and ability to book everything we needed. highly recomend and intend on staying again in the very near future. 
Great Hotel...A long way from the "the city"
The service was extrodinary... The rooms were very large, the beds were old with a sag... The restarant was okay... The hotel was quiet, a great place to get some rest... The hotel is a long way form the shopping, theater etc...about a $20 cab ride each way... We went with our family there were 5 of us all together and we had a great time, the folks at the front desk and the concirge did a great job of making us feel welcome and helping us find some great places to dine... As long as you don't mind riding the subway or catching a cab this is a great place to stay...

The Ritz Hotel was a pleasure to stay at.Myself and my wife would highly recommend staying here.We will be back here in the near future.

The hotel had a class. It was relaxing and comforting. The conciere, Carlos was excellent. He made all our reservations to dinner and clubs. He our trip a night to remember, which fit our personality to a tee.
