Very clean. Well designed. We will stay at the Pod again.

2 Blocks from subway, close to time square, nice french restaurant next door, clean and great customer service.

Stayed here for 8nights, and was very happy with our stay. The service was great, the room was always clean, we never had a problem waiting for showers or toilets, the location was fantastic just a short walk from Central Park, Rockerfella, 5th Avenue and Times Square. Would definately reccommend this hotel !!!!!

I found the hotel easy to get to and from. The staff were always very helpful. It had a modern feel to it and the rooms were clean. I choose the bunkbed/shared bathroom and it was great. There was never a wait for the bathroom or anything. I would recommend this hotel to people who wont be spending alot of time at the hotel, and just need somewhere cheap and easy to crash at night.

We needed a place to crash after exploring NY and this was perfect. Small and affordable for NY. We had the optional water closet. Our room was right across from elevators so that was 1 of the 2 negatives. The other was the shower which by design drains out of the shower into a main drain in the middle of the bathroom. Not all of it went into the drain and the only place it could go was the bedroom so we had wet carpet. Minor inconvenience for us. Bed was firm. This is why Comfort is a 2 out of 5. Storage underneath bed.

I would recommend staying at this hotel. It was conveniently located to subway, great restaurants and tourist attractions. Definitely get a room with private bath, it was small but very clean. I did take a look at the shared baths on the floor and they were also nice. Only issue we had was you could not adjust heat in our room. It was old and made lots of noise when turning on and off. Also, a bit of hallway noise during the evening with doors opening and closing to use bathrooms. After checking out at 8am, the hotel staff was nice enough to let us leave luggage until 8pm to pick up after site-seeing. Would stay again especially during Christmas time.
