Served our purposes well - close to underground!
Incredibly Awesome Stay!
Every staff member went over and above - room was large for NYC, bed and pillows were comfy, HUGE tub, halls smelled like cinnamon - overall one of the best stays I've had in a loooong time!!! Free breakfast and trip to and from the airport - came under 5 minutes after I called them. The driver even dropped me off at the train station when I left! I had an interview in the city and they kept my bags all day after I checked out. Definitely a bargain!
Great for the price
We weren't expecting much based on other reviews but we were pleasantly surprised. We had an early flight and just needed a clean, inexpensive room for the night and this fit the bill. The staff was friendly and the neiborhood had several places to get a late snack. The shuttle to the airport left on time. The only problem we had was that we didn't get a wake up call as promised. Fortunately we set the alarm in the room.

Outstanding Hotel
The guys up front and the staff were very nice and accommodating, close to all types of restaurants/subway, the continental breakfast and the shuttle to/from the airport exceeded my expectations, I would definitely stay there again and recommend this motel to anyone!

The hotel was very clean and up to my expectations for a Super 8. The staff was very friendly. The subway is about 5 blocks from the hotel near the medical center and the hotel is conviently located near the expressway. For the money per a night in NY you can't go wrong staying here.

A bit far out for me because I spent alot of time in Manhattan, but the price is what attracted me to it. Staff was nice and helpful and the subway station is a short walk away.

Hotel was fine. Good price. First floor is below ground level, so you might try to get a room above the first floor, although the hotel was full when we got there - lot of foreign tourists. Breakfast is good.

I have lived in the Jamaica area in past lives, and most of the hotels that are here, although they are budget hotels, are usually nice. Not the Super 8. First off, the room has a certain "funk" to it. The bathroom was ill-equipped with essential things (soap and towels). When I called the front desk, they said soap no problem, towels, must wait for housekeeping to get in. Our room had bedbugs on one of the beds, (you can always check for them by pulling up the bed sheets and on the seem of bed, if you see dark spots, those are the nocturnal creatures/their eggs). Check-out is at 12 noon, but they decided to try and have us leave at 10AM. I will never stay here again.
