Great hotel only a half block from times square. the location was extremely convenient and the overall hotel was fabulous. the bed was comfortable, we were able to check in before 3 pm and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Definitely a place for younger couples just enjoying their stay in NY.

The hotel bar turns into a night club that stays open until 4am. We could hear the music from the club loud and clear in our room. If you enjoy blaring dance music vibrating your hotel room until 4am, then this is the hotel for you.

 

Great Location. Helpful/Friendly Staff. Elevators were a little slow, but not a big deal. Construction right under the window early in the morning. Overall stay was very enjoyable.

Our room was small, but clean and very functional. The decorations were trendy and inviting. My only complaint is if your room is street side it is very loud. It sounded like people were in our room!

Trip was to celebrate my daughters 15th B-Day. First night there we went out for a while. when we returned we noticed it was very hot in room. When we tried to turn on A\C the room only got hotter. I called front desk they sent maintenance person. He did what he could and said the ac needed to be charged it was low on freon.When he requested a room change was told hotel was full. By this time it was 10:45pm or so and we were in pj's. They told me not anything they could do.I even asked if they at least had a fan we could use. Answer was no. I had to open a window so we could cool off(room temp at this time 80). when we woke up in morning we were freezing room temp at this time 61..when i spoke to manager on duty he offered us free breakfast...this did not make up for the miserable first night ever in New York..

The room was very tiny and the bathroom was a tight squeeze. The first three showers during our three day stay were freezing cold and only barely warmed up by the end. A call to the front desk about this situation was met with a response of telling us to let the water run for ten minutes. Even after that it was still cold. Not recommended.

the shower was clogged the ac was loud i left a personal item in the room called for info on how to get it back call was never returned i felt like no one cared
