The shower fixtures were not up to standard. It was imposible to turn to get the water running. Infact I had to get help. Then much to my dismay part of it fell out which was extremely dangerous if it had fell on my toe as it was quite heavy. Overall, room was clean, staff were friendly and the location was great.

We had a great experience! The staff was very attentive to our needs. We would definately stay there again!

Stylish and simple with luxurious touches. The location and price make it tough to beat if you are looking for style without breaking the bank. Renovations have helped put luster back.

although recently redecorated this hotel feels tired. the rooms are small and dark and the furnishing seem cheap and flimsy, although the beds are very comfortable. fourteen years ago this place was a breath of fresh air on the new york hotel scene now it just seems tired and over priced. the restaurant "asia de cuba" which used to be one of the most fashionable in the city is now mediocre at best . unfortunately it wasn't redecorated at the same time as the hotel and is shabby and quite frankly dirty and tired looking. expect to pay $25-$30 dollars for an appertizer that looks and tastes like something from tgif .

We stayed there during their soft opening after a re-model. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable. We had a great stay.

Morgans was closing for renovations and they did everything to look after us at another hotel whilst we were waiting for our plane connection to Italy. nothing was too much trouble.
