Fantastic Hotel!!

The hotel staff was personable and very willing to meet our needs. The concierage took time and effort to garner some Broadway tickets. The front desk clerk upgraded our room and gave us vouchers for the breakfast buffet since our room was not ready on time. I loved the location--just minutes away from Grand Central. Padre-Figlio restaurant across the street had fantastic food and personable service.

Great room for the money

We had a corner room on the top floor. great view, very comfortable room that could use a bit of updating.

Outstanding View from our Room

Our room had a Roosevelt view, and was in a corner so we had an amazing view of the Empire State Building both day and night on the left and the East River on the right. We were able to capture an awesome 'break of dawn shot' of New York. Overall, it was a great room for the money that we spent. We'd definitely go back there in our next visit to NYC.

Good hotel- especially for the money

This was a nice, clean, comfortable hotel in Manhattan that was well worth the money. The room was a good size with all of the basics that you expect in all cities outside of new york. It's really close to the UN, and not that far from Times Square- it would have been an easy walk if it were not so cold. Everyone there was nice and I would stay there again.

Nice Hotel

If you get a chance to stay at the hotel request to stay in the East section to get a great view of the East River skyline. The location is great: Eastside Midtown. Room was clean, TV was a plasma screen. It was very comfy. Hotel Service was friendly too.

Great Hotel

Room was large, up to date in decor and bathroom was clean and modern. employees were very courteous and doorman went out of his way to be helpful.
