Room was not cleaned well. Front desk was severely understaffed. Sheets had holes in them. Ice machines were unplugged on our floor and the next floor.

Great Hotel for the price. Close to everything that makes Times Square and Broadway a draw! The TV was not hooked up correctly, but was PROMPTLY taken care of. Also, the restaurant is convenient, has afriendly staff, and the menu seemed reasonable and offered a great variety of dishes.

It was right in the middle of Times Square close to the theatre and Penn Station. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This was our first visit to Times Square and the Millennium Broadway Hotel. It is an excellent hotel right in the middle of the action...1/2 block off Broadway and 7th ave. The location couldn't be better for walking to Broadway shows or anywhere else for that matter. We walked to the Rockefeller Center and Central Park. Its convenient to the subways too. The room was clean and big enough for the two of us. The hotel staff were very helpful, especially holding our baggage and tranportation to the airport. There are plenty of good restaurants within a block of the hotel....however, bring plenty of cash....everything costs more than we expected.

I was disturbed that I had requested a king size bed, and it was not honored. Indeed , they said we hadn't requested it, when I had the proof in the printed confirmation. Extremely busy front desk, however, most people were very courteous.
