Reasonable Value

The rental seemed good value for a hotel of this quality, with the caveat that construction noise at Ground Zero can be disturbing to light sleepers. The automatic lock on the minibar proved inconvenient when we couldn't retrieve two yoghurts we'd stored in the minibar without calling maintenance.

Bring Your Ear Plugs

Ground zero noise from 6 a.m. to 12 midnight. If you're a partier and up early as well, you will like this hotel. Otherwise, bring your ear plugs. Also, they mistakenly gave me a room that the previous occupant had not actually left. It was frightening for both of us when I walked in! Otherwise, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. Too bad about the noise.

MIllenium Can Be Loud

With the construction of the new WTC across the street, the room can be a little noisy. First clue this might be a problem: the ear plugs provided on the desk in the room. Otherwise a fine hotel and met expectations.

Ground Zero Construction

Hotel faces ground zero which is a round the clock, 24/7 construction site, even on the 19th floor the noise was considerable.

Excellent for Family Stay in the Heart of the Financial District at NYC

The staff was very cooperative and friendly. The team was efficient and food was excellent! I will strongly recommend this hotel for New York City stay!

Great Hotel, Don't Bother with the Food or Bar

This property has been completely rebuilt inside after 9/11. It is directly across the world trade center site. We we're there over a weekend and construction noise wasn't a problem. It could be on week days. The rooms are large and very well furnished. Staff is good. The bar and restaurant are poor to fair. However this is New York and great food and drink are nearby.
