I would like to see the hotel incorporate in the bathrooms magnyfying make up mirrors, other than that everything excellent.

My fiance and I had a great stay for the most part. The room was a bit pricey, but perhaps that was due to the time of year that we stayed. The room service was prompt and the room was clean. It was small, but comfortable and the bed felt great. They offer no free television from what we could see, not even local channels: you have to pay for everything, and a pretty penny at that. However, not much time will probably be spent in the room so that may matter little.

This hotel was in the perfect location to see midtown. Just a few blocks away from the Today Show, Rockefeller Center, Bryant Park, Radio City Music Hall, and even Times Square. This hotel was EXTREMELY clean, although the room was a bit tiny and the room service was WAY too expensive... all us girls had a great time! The conceriege and bellhop were very accomodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to the action in NYC.

I live in NY and the room was for my parents. They drove into town early and were accommodated in every manner by the hotel staff. Valet parking, help with their bags, a free upgrade to a corner room, and early check in got the weekend off to a great start. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the amenities were very nice as expected. This hotel is in a very convenient location and my parents really enjoyed their stay. Highly recommend this hotel!!!!
