The Howard Johnson Express Inn JFK, the price was good at the time of booking the rooms, we did have a concern about parking. It did work out. It was centrally located to where we needed to be. The clerk and staff were very helpful and polite with the customer service. The bed was a little hard but I will definetly stay there when I need to go to NYC again.

The hotel and staff were polite until they found out that there were ants in the room that I was staying in. The shift mgr. was too busy to take care of the problem. We had called several times about this problem with no results. My wife and I got bitten by these ants before she had to go down to the front desk to obtain something to partly kill some of the ants. I would not reccommend this hotel to anyone that travels all the time. I am very discouraged about this hotel. Management need to take courses in hospitality and kleenliness.
