Room was small but sufficient, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bags of clean and dirty laundry left in small hallway overnight were unsightly.

Do not stay here if you are clostrophobic... but other than the lobby and room being small, I had a great stay. It was around the corner from where I had to work that week, and walking distance to shopping and food, as well as the river/south st, and the staten island ferry. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. I had to always keep my blinds closed since my room looked directly into the windows of the building next to it though.

 

I found this hotel and was a little scared because it was so affordable but it turned out great. the hotel is very clean and everything looks new. it is close to the subway and feels very safe at night. the staff was very helpful with everything we needed, i would recommend it to anyone who wants a great deal.

would definitely stay there again

The restaurant wasn't open for business but there were nearby deli's, some of whom deliver. Great stay if you need the financial district/lower Manhattan. Staff dealt well with busy guest times.

This was a wonderful hotel and we had a perfect experience. Beautifully decorated, clean, and comfortable. Excellent service. Quiet. Great views from the windows (we had a corner room).

We booked this room because of the proximity to City Hall as went to NY to get married. The hotel staff graciously provided one of their terrace rooms which had a great view of the NY Stock Exchange. The street was quiet was very handy to the subways, a good diner down the block and Battery Park just around the corner. The condition of the room was pristine, very comfortable and decorated in a crisp European style, so that it was as though we were in Amsterdam, well we kinda were, New Amsterdam. I would definitely stay there again. The staff couldn't have been nicer.
