My wife and I were pleased with our stay at the hotel. The staff and service was top notch and the location was perfect. My only gripe is the cost of some of the extras, if you want a bit of room service or to have you car parked be prepared to pay a premium.
We loved it.
We loved our stay. And we will definitely go back. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very quiet. The hotel was very clean and beautiful.
Pricey for what you get
The hotel was incredibly pricey - even for NY - for what you get. Our view was of a close-up of a brick wall. When asked to move to another room - they said no. When we checked in, the reception woman said our card was declined and she would need another card - an commented about how we would do any shopping. I told her it was absolutely impossible the card would be declined and to please run it through again. Surprise, surprise, the card went through just fine - and she made no apologies.
