Delightful boutique hotel, centrally situated, just round corner from Empire State. Rooms beautifully decorated and bed very comfortable, with turndown service. Staff highly efficient, pleasant and very helpful. Breakfasts freshly prepared but a bit pricey.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Wonderful bed linens. Window that opened. Small, but cleverly-designed room with all the expected amenities--free WiFi, cable, large TV screen, terry cloth robes. My only concern is that if you are an American, who is accustomed to huge hotel rooms, the rooms will be too small for you. If you are travelling alone, however, or have spent time in Europe, you will find the size of the rooms to be all you need. Also, I could not find the blow dryer at first. The blow dryer is in the top chest drawer.

We spent Thanksgiving eve here at the hotel and loved everything about it. First, the staff is extremely efficient, courteous, and helpful. As frequent travelers, this is huge for us. Second, the hotel and rooms were delightful. The room, while cozy, was not cramped and beautifully appointed. Everything was new and modern and the rainhead shower was especially nice. The bathrobes and towels were fluffy and sooo comfortable! The bed and pillows were equally wonderful. Our room was quiet. We also liked having coffee and tea available at any time of the day or night.
The hotel is a good walk from the theater district but it IS walkable. We'd definitely stay here again.

My husband and I loved the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small, however it contained everything you'd need with a stylish decor. We will definitely stay there again!

We have just returned from New York and stayed at one of the best hotels you could wish for. They were friendly and efficient with staff who were always willing to help and put themselves out. The room was beautiflully furnished and had a good range of cupboards, efficient air conditioning and a power shower that was a joy to use. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The availibility of tea and coffee 24/7 in the dining room was a bonus, which we enjoyed especially after a hard day's sight seeing.

Hotel room was small but upscale. It appeared from the fire exit floor plan in the room that mine was the smallest on the floor. Excellent bathroom, but so small I couldn't leave even a toothbrush there. Staff very friendly. If this is a location that works for you, I would recommend the hotel.

The rooms are a bit small, but otherwise our stay was very satisfying. Excellent desk staff, rooms immaculate and well-appointed, great location.

The rooms are small but well appointed. The service is excellent and the location is fabulous. It's remarkably quiet at night as well.
