Hallways had a bad odor. Rooms are VERY small even for New York. The location is not really the best. This is the middle of China Town with vendors everywhere outside your door selling knock off this and that. Look, we stay in NYC all the time. I have paid a lot less in key locations for much better rooms.
Stay like a True New Yorker
The rooms are small, so you will truly feel like you are living in a New York apartment. You can jump on your bed and into the bathroom from the door. But we were on the 5th floor and surprisingly we could not hear the craziness of Chinatown below us. The location is great for getting anywhere in the city. If you are not planning on spending much time in your room, it is a good cheap option.

Love the location, love the rates. the rooms are small but when you're traveling for business everything you need is there. fantastic linens and shower. you do have to get a little creative about the space but it was very easily accomplished....and i don't travel light. great restaurants and shopping in the area and right by the subway. this will definitely become my new fave hotel in NY.

The linens and fixtures are fine, but the room is very small with no closet. Its right on the edge of Chinatown and Little Italy, so if you don't intend to spend much time in your room it's fine. Two people is a stretch ...

The hotel azure is a great location to see SoHo, Chinatown and Little Italy. It is right on the subway with easy access to every where else in the city. As a single woman traveling on her own, I felt completely safe in the surrounding neighborhoods.
