I picked this hotel based on other reviews and was not disappointed. It is more of a eruo style hotel, with a private restroom and bath on each floor (the restroom is off the hall, has a lock, and was very well maintained). I never had a problem with the restroom being busy when I needed it. The rooms are small, but nice and private. The rooms have a sink and mirror, so it's nice to be able brush teeth, or get a drink of water without having to walk down the hall. My only complaint is that the wireless internet didn't really work in my room, though others had success if they went to the stairwell, or down to the lobby area. There is a Starbucks a couple of blocks from there, which I used for wi-fi some. Overall, for a hotel with excellent proximity to Midtown, you can't beat it for the price. Plus I found it charming, especially the elevator (lots of wood there) :).
