Clean and convenient.

This hotel is in a great neighborhood--NoLita!! You can walk to all of the best neighborhoods, little italy, soho, china town, lower east side and everything else is a subway ride away. There is a fabulous 24 hour taquaria right down lafayette street. The concierge is very helpful with restaurant information. The rooms are small but comfortable. The lobby is clean and comfortable although a little small. The only dissappointment is the cost of a cup of coffee, so I would go to Starbucks down the street!

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn. We stayed at this hotel several years ago and it was nice then. They have since updated the hotel. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. It is very close to Canal Street and the subway to uptown. I would stay here again. The price is good too for being right in the city. The food was good, but the service was a little slow.

I started off with low expectations since it was cheap and found a VERY clean and classy hotel. The staff was very friendly. The area was kind of far from central park but enjoyed chinatown and little italy. The staff helped us every step of the way in helping us find our way through town. I never got an attitude, and always got an answer with a smile.

The hotel was good for the area/price, the free wi-fi was really slow and I could not get any work done via the connection. Other than that it was a good stay for a night.

The room I had was small but not bad. It's good if you are not planning on staying for too long. Everyone was very friendly and most important of all the room was very clean.

The hotel was a great location to Chinatown, Little Italy and SoHo. The room was clean and comfortable, though a little small. But very typical for NYC. The negative... the Front Desk staff were not very friendly at all. In fact, the woman that checked me in, practically threw the bill at me and didn't ask if I needed help with my luggage. She was very rude and should not be working in a Hospitality environment!
