We've been to NYC, but never found the "right" hotel that met our needs of location, cost, size, and amenities for a family of four. We have now. We were delighted with the NY Hilton from the moment our registration clerk gave us his name in case we had any questions or problems. The maid service was excellent, the Executive level continental breakfast was outstanding, and you absolutely cannot beat this location, especially during the holiday season. A great stay all around, except for a broken elevator on our final day. 
Good Location & Reasonable Price
I really like the location. It's very convenience for everything I want. Even though the room was not so luxury, the price was reasonable. I think it's good deal!!
Needs Improvement
Executive king room, was very small, bathroom, very small, for the money, Had to call maid service upon arrival to dust the room, furniture, desk and TV ci=overed in dust!O the flip side it is a great location, and the staff were very helpful. Would not stay there again though considering price to value for services
Large room
A huge room by NY standards. Great location. Good room service food.

Very close to Rockefeller Center, Broadway, Ray's Pizza, Lindy's Cheesecake, Magnolia Bakery and several subway stations. Beware, though, this hotel hosts conventions and workshops, so the elevators are full of their participants (pack your patience.)

The location of the hotel was great. It was only a few blocks away from Radio City, Rockefeller center, and Times Square. And it was also right accross the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art. The room was very comfortable and it had the most comfortable bed i ever slept on. It was very clean and the lobby had everything from restaurants to a ticket counter for broadway shows. If you have to stay in NYC then this should definitely where you should stay.

The room directly above mine had a toilet/water leak. Hotel Security woke me in the middle of the night to check my room. My room then started leaking water in multiple places. It took the staff 45 minutes to address the issue and get me a new room. I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. Other than this incident, the hotel was beautiful and comfortable.
