Great Comfort

Hotel very close to airport. Shuttle service is a little confusing and on the phone, not very friendly, but everythings worked out. Hotel is high quality.. very new, clean and confortable.

Safe, Clean, and outstanding in-house restaurant

Room was spotless, smoke-free and quiet. Furnishings were all new and well-kept. The entire hotel felt smoke-free. The restaurant staff were super-friendly and accomodating. The breakfast could not be surpassed by any pancake house. The dinner was comparable to that of a cruise ship. The only sore point was the check-in staff were not friendly and helpful.

Mixed Review only

It is best for arriving passengers to hire a cab to this hotel versus wating for the shuttle. After a 45 minute wait for the shuttle, we paid one of the other hotel shuttle drivers to take us to the hotel. There are no restaurants near the hotel, but the food at the hotel was acceptable. There is a profound and persistent smell of sewerage outside of the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location is bad unless you only want to visit the airport! It is a nice place though.

Everyone here at JFK was great, the staff was exceptional in just about every stay. Very accommodating.
