Check in/out was quick, despite a long delay for luggage hold retrieval. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant. But really, the area was extraordinary and the hotel was so close to everything. A very convenient location for a very convenient price. For the person who wants a good room for a light hit to the wallet.

I stayed at this hotel for one night. I had asked for a two double bed room in my reservation and was promised one. However, when I got to the hotel, I was told all the double rooms were taken and was offered a very very small king bed room for myself and two others. After establishing that the room was too small for the 3 of us, I was offered another king size room which was "much larger" in which I could fit a rollaway bed. After traveling up to the second room and realizing that the room was exactly the same size as the first one, I was then offered a 3rd room. The whole process was incredibly tedious and annoying. I got a good deal for one night but would not recommend anyone staying there if you have an option. Good location. Close too subway ( canal and 6th) clean bathrooms are some positives Hope this helps

Exceeded expectations. Great for a Hampton Inn, at this point in time EXTREMELY low cost, awesome location to walk to Tribeca, Soho, and the Village, free breakfast! Hope the price stays reasonable!!
