Needs Improvement

The room was tiny and the heat/air was set to warm and couldn't be cooled down, so it was a stuffy night. However, the staff is incredibly accommodating and kind.

Adequate

I had stayed here about 3 years ago and remember being very satisfied. Perhaps management has changed. The room was more worn than I remember, but clean.

It's All Right!

Our Initial room was the size of my Closet,Not to mention the Bathroom only 1 person fits at a time. We were moved to another room that was better, but with no Cable TV. We had 3 chanels. I guess if you decide to stay make sure to ask for King Room.

Great Location!

Location could not be better. Just a 2 minute walk to Grand Centeral. The price was great for location alone. The room was a bit small (but it is NYC). The one thing I would have changed was the AC, it was freezing in our room.

Impressed with the hotel

The Dylan Hotel was everything that was stated. I was impressed with the mood of the hotel and how nice cozy it the room was. The hotel staff was very nice and I have no complaints. My only issue was that I thought that there would be more of a bar scene around the hotel especially since it was a Saturday night in the summer. Great place to stay.

Decent room for the money. Hotel

The hotel is the classic example of boutique contemporary...hidden gem. Not a lot of amenities but great location! I was skeptical but ultimately pleased with my decision.

NO AC

There was no AC in hotel and we couldn't get changed to another hotel. It was very warm in the room all night long.
