Great Hotel!
We had a girl's weekend in the city and it was wonderful. Everyone was so nice. The room was just what we needed. The parking garage was excellent as well.
Convenient Location For our Needs
Although we found the room with the king-sized bed to be small, we realize that it is located in Manhattan, the most expensive real estate in the country. The guests next door were extremely noisy. Wished the walls were sound-proofed. The hours of the pool were extremely limited, especially on the weekends. The pool should open earlier. The hotel's location was extremely convenient to visit family, but was somewhat out of the way for tourist attractions.
Extremely Clean, Nice Staff
This hotel was an outstanding value for NYC. The location wasn't the most convenient as far as tourist attractions, but catching a cab was no problem. We had a view of the East River and the room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The Hotel/room was nice and clean. My major problem was paying $25 a night to park in your parking lot when we stayed in your hotel. When customers book your rooms you need to make them aware of this charge.

great location and very nice hotel. clean, comfortable bedding and very nicely decorated room. we stayed overnight and enjoyed our stay very much. what i liked most about the stay was breakfast in the hotel the next morning. good food and good service. we could not ask for more. thanks
