We arrived late from London and were very please with the ease in getting from JFK to the Comfort Inn. A call to the hotel confirmed that we needed only go to Federal Circle on the Airtrain and the shuttle would pick us up. That's nice when it's close to midnight. The next morning the shuttle was there on time (every hour on the hour) to take us directly to our departure terminal. The hotel itself was very comfortable. Small with a nice breakfast included in the rate. Check in was easy with no problems in getting settled.

The condition of the hotel was better than expected. The beds were satisfactory, but not extremely comfortable. Room was very small. We arrived at JFK and called the hotel for a shuttle. We ended up sitting at the airport for almost an hour waiting for the hotel employee to answer the phone. Our window overlooked the waste management company and the trucks were in and out from a very early hour. The breakfast included hot waffles, eggs, and a variety of other breakfast foods, which was a plus, but we will definately search for another hotel the next time we need to stay a night near JFK.

I was surprised when I opened the door to find flate screen tv and huge bed.

Everything in this hotel was nice and clean,specially the room.

My stay at the Comfort Inn Hotel at JFK was good. I will indeed recommend it to others. It was near the airport and a nice shopping area. I stayed there as a layover going to another country and returning. The only thing that i was not comfortable with were the curtains in the room. The sheer and see-through part of the curtain was closed, however the thick piece was not able to close. Therefore anyone in the parking lot would be able to see through our room with the lights on.

I made reservations through hotels.com which was very convenient. The hotel was well used which means it could have used a little sprucing up in the corridors. Breakfast was part of the package and while institution quality was very nice to have before going into the city. Shuttle was promp and the driver was helpful
