Exceeded my expectations!!!

I went up on business and while everyone else could afford higher prices, I picked CQ because it was much cheaper than other area hotels, but I prepared myself for substandard conditions, but when I opened the door I was pleasently surprised. It was great! And very nice and I was equally pleased that I got the nice quarters at such a reasonable price. I would recommend the Double bed. It was perfect for a two night's stay and the free wireless made everything even better. I would highly recommend.Book Now!

Nice and Adequate

Great room for the money. Very comfortable bed. Nice linens and towels. Small but adequate and to be expected in New York. One of the nicest places I have stayed in NY for the money. Only complaint - the air/heat conditioner should not be located in the window directly across the head of the bed as this causes air to be blown directly at your head while in sleep position. Could have been located in adjacent window and still been effective and less disturbing.Book Now!

Perfect location, Perfect price

I booked my stay at this hotel due to the extremely reasonable price. The reviews were good and I thought it was worth a try. Well, it was. I was in NYC for 1 night with my mother to see a show and take in the sights. Everything was so close to the hotel (time sq, Rockefeller, Grand Central Station, 5th Ave, etc) we never had to take a cab. My mom (who's 61) was able to walk everywhere because the hotel was so close to major attractions. The room was clean and the decor was very modern. I would absolutely stay here again...without question.Book Now!

This hotel was clean and in a good location. The room was small, but recently refurbished. The price was right. However, I cannot recommend it because there was no hot water in the morning (9AM.Book Now!

Overall Very Good, but...

Overall, the hotel was very good. The rooms are generally quiet, exceptionally clean, and relatively comfortable. There are some issues that I had with my stay. They include: 1. the mattresses tended to be quite bouncy. This is fine if you are in the bed solo, but if there is more than one of you, the other person's tossing and turning can cause the mattress to bounce. 2. although esthetically pleasing, the concept of opaque glass in the bathroom door would seem to indicate that the designer did not have the foresight to realize that if someone uses the bathroom in the middle of the night that the light would come from the bathroom through the door glass and illuminate the room thereby waking the other person up. 3. rooms are on the smallish side, but it is NYC. 4. bathroom is exceptionally small and quite tight. One needs to be a contortionist to close the door. Some positives: 1. you need your room key, which has to be inserted into the elevator panel, to access the guest room floors - excellent security. 2. exercise room is fine if merely doing cardio. 3. location cannot be beat.Book Now!

Great Location!

Hotel was conveniently located close to Times Square, Empire State Building and Rockefeller Center. Hotel was clean and elegant yet rooms were modern and contemporary. Two computers with internet access (a bit slow at times) were provided to all guests. Desk clerks were also very helpful in arranging transportation to the airport as well as luggage storage. They only complaint I have is that I saw a sign for Continental breakfast and assumed it was included, however later receive a bill for the small breakfast. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Club Quarters and would recommend to others.Book Now!
