It's a Best Western

Being that this is a "Best Western", I was not expecting Marriot class rooms. I will say that when I walked in to the room, i was surprised as to how small the room was. its nothing like the picture showned online. Regardless, i just needed a bed and roof for 2 nights so I was happy. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but i went prepaire with clorox wipes. I'd recommend it to someone who is looking for just a place to stay while having a good time, otherwise, pay that extra $150 for a better class hotel.

"Great Location"

The overall stay was nice.

Location Location Location

The hotel exceeded our expections based on the price that we paid. We really just wanted a room to pass out in after a long day and night in the city, but we were pleasantly suprised. Don't get pho at the Vietnamese restaurant that is connected.. get a chicken dish!

Great Room for What You are Spending

I had a queen size bed which meant a little larger room. It is well worth the extra $10 for the somewhat larger room. The only negative thing was the shower. I called maintence to correct the shower head (since it could not be moved manually)which was pointed straight out hitting the back wall and in turn flooding the bathroom but when he came he took the shower head off, put it back on and it did the exact same thing.

Needs Improvement

The Hotel location was great and the staff were great but the room was terrible. The room was extremely small you could only get in on one side of the bed the other side was against the wall. The bathroom was so small that when you wanted to close the bathroom door to go to the bathroom you had to watch you didn't hit your knees. When you stepped out of the shower you had to squeeze between the toilet and the wall. They also left the laundry cart they use to clean the rooms in the hallway everyday. FYI: If you are using tour buses use city sights tour buses, we had a problem with greyline buses picking us up at the stops.
