New York City

From the 24 shuttle, to the comfy beds, to the complimentary breakfast, this hotel had everything we needed. We had an overnight layover in New York and just needed a place to lay our heads. Everything was perfect. I would not recommend this hotel for when you're actually visiting the city because it's way outside Manhattan, and still a long subway ride even into Brooklyn. But if you're crashing for the night in between flights, or you want to stay by JFK in Queens, this hotel is worth the money. Especially given how expensive the city is.

Only problems with hotel were room size and hotel location. The room was rather small compared to other hotels stayed at. The hotel is not within walking distance to any restaurants or stores. Must depend on deliver from local restaurants(free delivery from two local establishments). The free breakfast was excellent and the free shuttle every hour was good for trips to airport and subway connections. The hotel staff was very well trained and very helpful. We were forced to stay an extra day due to weather and hotels.com helped get excellent rate compared to what hotel chargd.
