Best Kept Secret

I always enjoy my stay at the Bentley. The staff is helpful and courteous. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.. The dining room and bar are great .. and work well when we don't feel like going anywhere.. There are also great restaurants that are reasonable nearby..

Freezing Cold Room

The hotel staff was very nice. They accommodated me with a handicap room and were very helpful with moving my luggage. The one down side was that the room was freezing!!!! The heater was not working correctly and they were unable to fix it, so I had a very cold night.

Don't Stay Here

WDuring our 3 night stay this hotel had no hot water for about 24 hours and no elevators in this 21 story hotel for most of another day. In other words the hotel was uninhabitable for part of the time and upon checking out the people insisted on charging the full amount regardless of our protests.Therefore beware of this hotel and stay somewhere else.

Great Stay

Stayed for one night and had a phenomenal experience. I was upgraded for free to a suite and everyone was extremely friendly. This will always be the hotel I will stay in when I come to NYC. Could not beat the price or the experience.

Best Priced in the Area

A solid location convenient and close to all East Side spots. $ for $ the best buy with $20 hotel parking overnight in Manhattan is an unheard of bargain. Our 3rd stay here and deal is still unbeatable. Very comfortable and clean.

Great for the Price

A little out of the way, but still close to all that is Upper East Side. The staff was friendly, but not extremely trained. I had requested an early check in and they literally had me sit in the lobby until 3 pm struck to let me into the room. So, they are very by the book, requests are difficult to handle. Also, the alarm clock didn't work, and they forgot to call me for a wake up call. BUT, for NY and the modern style of the hotel, it is a GREAT deal.
