Free Booze!

Great location, only three blocks from Grand Central. Free newspaper and free wine at 5 pm. The only complaint I would have would be the noise from the street. I was on the 8th floor and it felt like my bed was in the middle of Park Avenue. However, that was only during the day which most of it will be spent out and about. Would consider staying again on my next trip if the price is right!

Excellent hotel in quiet lbut convenient ocation

This is a very nice hotel with extremely friendly staff in a convenient mid-town location (a couple of blocks from Grand Central). Quiet location, very safe neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.

No stay, no way

This was my second time to stay in 4 years. I left my room at 7:30 a.m. and when I came back at 4:30 my room had not been serviced. I complained at the desk and was told, "they have until 5:00 to clean the room," "where is that written", I asked. The clerk said that they had cut back on staff so that was the way it was. The night before in the restaurant I had difficulty getting waited on and I was not alone in that. The room itself was miniscule and certainly could not have accommodated 2 persons.
