The most famous Poppy Seed Players, now, again in its 19th Season, is set to perform musical plays about the Jewish heritage exclusively for children. Joshua Salzman and Ryan Cunningham’s narration of Purim story tells about Esther who wish to become Shushan’s new Queen. She discovers her choices after realizing her youthful dreams. This smart, funny and sweet new show is presented by the authors of I love you because, the renowned off-Broadway hit. Poppy Seed Player can also be reserved for private performances in the schools. The new show portrays a perspective on the traditional Purim tale of a beautiful queen as well as about her choice of her own safety and her people’s safety.
